Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will host a Labor Day weekend fiesta with a live DJ, Strip-side views, signature cocktails and more, beginning Saturday, Sept. 3.
The high-energy weekend will kick off with a live performance from DJ Uffe at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3.
Guests will also be able to party on Cabo Wabo’s newly remodeled, Strip-side patio throughout the weekend.
Cabo Wabo will serve a variety of specialty cocktails, including the “Cocorita,” made with Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila, lime juice and crème of coconut, served on the rocks and rimmed with freshly toasted coconut; the “Maui Rocker,” infused with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, orange curaçao, pineapple juice, grenadine and sweet and sour; and the “Vojito,” crafted with berry vodka, fresh blackberries, blueberries, lime, mint and house sour mix, topped with soda water, among others.
Cabo Wabo also serves a wide variety of draft beer and tequila selections.
Signature dishes will also be available, including shrimp tacos, served on a flour tortilla with grilled shrimp, shredded lettuce, chipotle aioli, fresh tomatoes, cilantro, onions and lime; a carne asada steak torta, stacked on bolillo bread with chipotle mayonnaise, pepper jack cheese, avocado, tomato and pickled jalapeños; and chicken enchiladas, crafted with shredded chicken, creamy tomatillo sauce, a house cheese blend and crema Mexicana, among others.
