Score extra points this fall at Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, with happy hour and tequila specials available in its festive cantina where guests can watch games during the professional football season starting Thursday, Sept. 8.
While the games are shown on Pancho’s multiple eighty-inch, high-definition televisions, happy hour will be offered exclusively in the restaurant’s cantina and will feature discounts on appetizers like the Botanas Especiales los Pancho’s.
The line-up for the combination platter is stacked with cheesy flour quesadillas, crispy chicken drumsticks, beef taquitos and chicken flautas, served with sour cream and guacamole for dipping.
Other fan favorites include Pancho’s nachos, toasted corn chips layered with beans, smothered with cheddar and jack cheeses and topped with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, chives, sour cream and house-made guacamole; and the artichoke and jalapeños con queso, a special blend of melted cheese, cream cheese, artichoke hearts and slices of jalapeño served in a ceramic skillet.
Pancho’s happy hour also includes drink specials including $3 off house and flavored margaritas, well cocktails and house wines. Happy hour is available from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Guests may also enjoy 50% off all tequila pours on over 40 brands of tequila during Tequila Night available in the cantina from 3 p.m. to close every Sunday.
