Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, will celebrate Independence Day with a festive burger special on Monday, July 4.
Celebrating the American spirit, the “Patriot Burger” will feature American Wagyu beef, BBQ pork belly and smoked cheddar cheese, served with steak fries and priced at $25. The festive burger can be enjoyed alongside a wide assortment of wines, brews or one of Hearthstone’s signature cocktails such as the Haymaker made with Howler Head Whiskey, Orgeat Giffard Liqueur and Lemon. The “Patriot Burger” will be available from 4 – 10 p.m. on Monday, July 4. Hearthstone’s regular menu will also be available.
