From the team that created the award-winning El Dorado Cantina brand comes The Chancellor, an elevated dining experience featuring an eclectic mix of Italian, Mexican, French, and American fare complemented by hand-crafted cocktails and an impeccable wine list.
Recently known as Exclusivo and reimagined as The Chancellor, the menu, created by the culinary team of Corporate Chef John Miranda and Executive Chef Robert Meistrell, expands across the globe with such large format dishes as the Whole Roasted Branzino and the Tomahawk Steak, with a wide variety of small bites including the Hamachi Tostada, among other delicacies. A four, six, or nine course tasting menu is also available.
Offering respite from the busy Las Vegas Strip, the sleek and stylish intimate space features dark wood, rustic fixtures, richly appointed leather banquettes, and a full-service bar. The Chancellor also features a hidden, private dining room called The Library with a covered balcony accessible through a secret bookcase.
The Chancellor is located upstairs at 440 South Rampart Boulevard, Suite 180, in Tivoli Village, next to El Dorado Cantina. The two establishments share the courtyard and patio space.
