The centerpiece of LPM’s daytime dining experience is its Brunch Affair ($85 per person), a 10-course feast designed for the entire table to share a wide variety of signature dishes. LPM’s culinary journey begins with delectable warm croissants and fresh baguettes with French jams. The refreshing Salmon Carpaccio bursts with bright flavors, and the fluffy French Toast with spiced Chantilly cream elevates brunch classics in LPM’s whimsical Mediterranean style.
The Charcoal Grilled Rib Eye is a delicious combination with zesty pickled shallots and tarragon mustard, while the Provençal Ratatouille Tart provides a light and contemporary twist on the French classic with layers of tomato sauce, feta cheese, and basil.
Guests can also explore an enticing array of dishes à la carte. Brunch enthusiasts can experience the culinary techniques of the French and Italian Riviera with an indulgent Lobster Eggs Benedict or the Provençal-Style Shirred Eggs, baked to perfection and served with savory fritada sauce and roasted red peppers.
The airy and crispy Belgian Waffles are topped with fresh berries, mascarpone Chantilly, and maple syrup; while the Smoked Salmon Omelet is delicately folded over feta cheese and sauteed leeks. The seafood tower incorporates all the bounty of the Mediterranean Sea, including king crab salad, sea bass ceviche, prawns, oysters, and mussels, served with cocktail sauce and shallot dressing. LPM staples from the dinner menu are also available for brunch, including Warm Prawns with olive oil and lemon juice, Escargots with garlic butter and parsley, and Burrata with cherry tomatoes and basil.
Every Riviera-inspired soiree calls for enticing cocktails and exquisite wines. LPM’s brunch includes a curated selection of signature cocktails, boutique rosés, and champagnes available through multiple beverage packages, including endless Rosé ($75), Champagne ($85), or non-alcoholic Cocktails ($20). The Riviera Rosé combines Tanqueray with Côtes de Provence Rosé and Orange Blossom, while the Tomatini is the essence of LPM in a glass with kettle one vodka, white balsamic vinegar, a dash of simple syrup and salt, finished tableside by a larger-than-life custom pepper grinder to complement the world-famous drink.
The charming dining room, filled with art inspired by the La Belle Epoque era, will come alive with a DJ spinning original up-tempo bossa nova and revisited funk beats that transport guests to the vibrant atmosphere of the Mediterranean.
