ONE Steakhouse, from brothers and acclaimed restaurateurs Michael Morton and David Morton and located at the exhilarating Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will feature a domestic Wagyu filet mignon during the professional football draft, available Thursday, April 28 to Sunday, May 1.
With cuts domestically sourced from New Mexico, Executive Chef Patrick Munster will bring his talents to preparing the Wagyu filet mignon to perfection for guests during Las Vegas’ first weekend hosting the professional football draft. Known for its marbling, the Wagyu filet mignon has a luxurious and rich tenderness to it that pairs well with many of ONE Steakhouse’s signature cocktails including the Bootlegger, made with MaCallan 12 Year Double Cask Single Malt Scotch, spiced-apple syrup, Australian bitters and finished with aromatic smoke.
ONE Steakhouse’s full menu will also be available where favorites include mouthwatering surf and turf dinners featuring Snake River Farm Wagyu and Alaskan King crab legs; ricotta gnocchi made with parmesan Reggiano and creamy peppercorn; and citrus-cured Hamachi topped with sweety drop pepper purée and jalapeño. Additionally, Munster’s signature “Tomahawk Feast” is a dry-aged, 16-lb USDA prime tomahawk steak, carved tableside for 10-12 people.
ONE Steakhouse is open daily at 5 p.m. and can be found just steps away from the hotel’s valet on Harmon Avenue. Reservations may be made by calling 702-522-8111 or visiting www.onesteakhouselv.com.
