Here are three last minute Easter suggestions we highly recommend
Esther’s Kitchen: Carrot Agnolotti – handmade pasta filled with carrot and ricotta, finished with slow braised rabbit and carrot top pesto (pictured above)
The Sand Dollar Lounge: New Spring cocktail menu includes a carrot-forward drink even the Easter Bunny would approve of: Run Rabbit Run – reposado tequila, Montenegro, carrot juice, lime juice, agave, turmeric, cayenne, and a fresh basil sprig. A vegital margarita with a kick that was born to be a banger.
Al Solito Posto: The Last Supper – Ketel One vodka, Martini Ambrato vermouth, Amaro Nonino, lemon, carrot juice, ginger, and honey. This one’s a refreshing carrot juice cocktail with a hint of ginger and subtle botanicals from the vermouth and amaro.
Easter Inspiration: Make this year’s Easter basket special by filling it with local candies and chocolates with help from Neon Feast’s Candy and Chocolate list!
