The Easter brunch is $55 per person/$25 per child under 10; tax and gratuity not included. Bottomless libations including the ‘Craft Your Own’ Bloody Mary Bar, sangria, mimosas, bellinis, domestic beers and wines by the glass available for an additional $20 per person.
In this unique, buffet-style brunch, menu highlights include charcuterie and cheese platters, fresh salads including the popular Panzanella, tomato & basil soup, selection of house breads, and a carving station with slow-roasted porchetta, prime rib, assorted Italian sausages and Applewood-smoked bacon.
Signature brunch items include mac n’ cheese carbonara, grandma’s meatballs, orecchiette & Italian sausages and other dishes, as well as breakfast options such as panettone french toast and warm crespelle with toppings.
A farm egg station with a variety of egg dishes, Buddy’s Benedict and frittata with choice of ingredients and a seafood station complete with iced peel and eat shrimp, lobster salad, tuna tartare, smoked salmon and assorted oysters will be added to the brunch for this special occasion. The Kids Corner boasts kiddie culinary classics such as chicken fingers, chicken parmesan, and meatballs.
No signature Buddy V’s brunch is complete without a variety of sweets and this event does not disappoint; with a selection of timeless treats include brulee cheesecake, lemon meringue, fresh fruit, pecan bread pudding cannolis, tiramisu, assorted Italian cookies, carrot cake, zeppoles and more.
