Caesars Palace Opens Buddy V’s Pizzeria by Buddy Valastro This Summer

The celebrity baker and television star joins the Caesars Palace culinary roster with his new concept inside Forum Food Hall

Buddy Valastro, famously known as the “Cake Boss,” is set to delight pizza enthusiasts and food lovers with the opening of Buddy V’s Pizzeria at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas this summer. Located in the Forum Food Hall, this will be Valastro’s first venue within Caesars Palace, taking over the space previously occupied by DiFara Pizza. The new pizzeria will offer a mix of innovative dishes and beloved classics, enhancing the resort’s dynamic culinary scene.

The menu at Buddy V’s Pizzeria will redefine the traditional New York-style pizza experience. In addition to an extensive selection of pizzas, the menu will include authentic Jersey-style sandwiches, house-made mozzarella, breakfast sandwich options, and a variety of fan-favorite desserts.
