This holiday season, Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts are decking the halls and rolling out festive offerings for guests celebrating the merriest time of the year.
Holiday Dining Offerings
Caesars Palace
The iconic institution, Rao’s at Caesars Palace, will offer a traditional Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes menu on Dec. 24 with a variety of à la carte seafood specials from Chef de Cuisine Fatimah Madyun including: ahi crudo, Mediterranean mussels, seafood salad, linguini and clams, lobster fra diavolo, brodette di pesce and cod. Prices for dishes on Feast of Seven Fishes menu range from $25.99 to $42.99 per dish. Rao’s will also offer Christmas day specials including Italian wedding soup, priced at $17.99; tagliolini with peas and ham, priced at $32.99; ossobuco with polenta, priced at $55.99; and panettone bread pudding, priced at $14.99.
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill will serve a specialty prix-fixe menu this Christmas, priced at $89.99 per person. Specialty dishes for the holiday will include a starter of kale and roasted delicata squash salad made with pomegranate seeds, pepitas, blue cheese and apple cider vinaigrette; the main course of Chef Gordon Ramsay’s signature Beef Wellington served with potato puree, red wine demi-glace and roasted root vegetables; and sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
To celebrate Christmas, Old Homestead Steakhouse will feature a prix-fixe menu, priced at $120 per person. The menu includes a choice of holiday green salad or silky cauliflower soup for the appetizer; rosemary garlic crusted prime rib with red wine demi sauce, or dover sole with tomato confit and Champagne beurre blanc for the entrée; bourbon-glazed Brussels sprouts for the side; and an eggnog cheesecake or chocolate cake for dessert.
Beijing Noodle No. 9 will offer a variety of holiday additions on its menu from Dec. 23 through Jan. 3. Selections include stir fried mussels with ginger scallion sauce, priced at $26.99; steam scallops on vermicelli with garlic sauce, priced at $39.99; Peking duck, priced at $39.99; stir fried lobster with E-Fu noodles, priced at $48.99, and more.
Harrah’s Las Vegas
To celebrate the Christmas holiday, Oyster Bar & Grill will serve an array of options including Christmas oysters with cranberry puree and panko stuffing with crispy bacon, priced at $20.99 for a half dozen and $40.99 for a full dozen. Additional offerings include fried whole branzino, blistered nightshades and romesco sauce, priced at $43.99, as well as pan seared salmon with maple brandy glaze, roasted Brussels sprouts and marinated apple and bacon lardons, priced at $37.99. For dessert, the restaurant will serve pomegranate panna cotta, priced at $8.99.
Guests looking for a quick Christmas meal can head to Fulton Street Food Hall, the chef-driven marketplace with various selections made fresh throughout the day. On Christmas Day, Fulton Street will offer gingerbread French toast made with candied pecans and topped with cinnamon ice cream, priced at $16.99. The food hall will also offer an array of festive desserts including peppermint cheesecake, apple pie, pecan pie and Christmas cookies.
Enjoy a holiday dinner while taking in the incredible Strip views at Ruth’s Chris Steak House with floor-to-ceiling windows. On Christmas Day, enjoy a starter, entrée, side dish and dessert paired with a glass of house white or red wine for $97.95 per person. Selections include: lobster bisque or steak house salad; roasted turkey dinner, served with homemade gravy, Ruth’s herb stuffing and cranberry relish or 16-ounce prime rib served with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans; and additional sides of mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole or cauliflower au-gratin. To end the evening on a sweet note, indulge on eggnog crème brûlée.
The LINQ Hotel + Experience
Experience Flavortown this Christmas at Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar, with the 12-ounce Primetime Ribeye served with brown butter honey carrots, au-gratin potatoes, au jus and horsey sauce, priced at $35.99.
The LINQ Promenade
Off The Strip Bar & Bistro will offer an à la carte Christmas Eve special menu with a prime rib dinner served with fingerling potatoes, asparagus and au jus, priced at $36; and chicken cordon bleu – a fresh chicken breast stuffed with Canadian bacon and cheese – served with mashed potatoes and topped with beurre blanc sauce, priced at $29.
Paris Las Vegas
Enjoy dining at Burger Brasserie this Christmas with a specialty prix-fixe menu, featuring a roasted golden beet fennel salad for the first course; bourbon-glazed pork tenderloin served with au-gratin potatoes, grilled vegetables and drunken apples for the main course; and cheesecake made with cinnamon Chantilly, bittersweet chocolate sauce and pumpkin seed crunch for dessert.
Cool Activities
Holiday magic returns to The LINQ Promenade as it transforms into a modern winter wonderland with festive décor, family fun and a sparkling holiday light show on High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel. Guests are invited to enjoy an array of safe dining, socially distant activities and distinctive retailers throughout the open-air district. Complimentary parking and discounted tickets for High Roller Observation Wheel and FLY LINQ Zipline are also available for Nevada residents seeking a festive place to enjoy holiday-season ambience safely in an open-air environment.
