Yule be Hof-in’ around the Christmas tree at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas this holiday season with special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menus.
On Friday, Dec. 24, Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas will serve Bayerische Gulaschsuppe, a homemade beef goulash soup garnished with sour cream and chives, and Gebackener Tortenbrie, a breaded brie cheese fried golden brown and presented with a salad bouquet and cranberries.
For the main Christmas Eve course, experience a mouthwatering Grillente – roasted quarter duck with onions, apples and oranges served with potato rösti, red cabbage and a zesty orange sauce.
For dessert, enjoy a warm holiday “Black Forest” Bread Pudding with holiday-spiced cherries, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
On Saturday, Dec. 25, Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas will offer up a traditional Christmas feast. To start, the restaurant will feature Lachscremesuppe, a chunky homemade salmon chowder garnished with croutons and dill, as well as Gebackener Tortenbrie.
As an entree, savor the Hofbräuhaus Rinderfilet Medallions, seared beef medallions with green peppercorn sauce, served with au gratin potatoes and asparagus Hollandaise.
For dessert, indulge in warm Cinnamon Bread Pudding with vanilla ice cream, eggnog anglaise, holiday-spiced cherries and whipped cream.
Throughout the entire holiday season, guests can order Glühwein, a traditional German mulled wine made with holiday spices, but don’t forget about “Brewdolph.” No visit to Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is complete without a stein of the world-famous Hofbräu beer, imported directly from Munich. From its signature full-bodied, bottom-fermented Lager to refreshing Hefe Weizen and rich Dunkel, the beers are brewed according to the 500-year-old Purity Law of 1516, which gives the perfect flavor to every sip.
