Bruster’s Real Ice Cream to Make Anticipated Las Vegas Arrival

Local Resident Will Bring Popular Ice Cream Franchise to the Metro Area

Las Vegans will soon have a taste of Bruster’s Real Ice Cream as the popular Pennsylvania-based franchise continues its southwest expansion. Las Vegas local resident, Dave Soumas, will open the first of multiple planned Las Vegas locations this November.

“It’s been a labor of love, but, we promise, the wait will be worth it,” said Dave Soumas. “To those that already know Bruster’s, we’re excited to bring it back to you. To our new friends and neighbors, we hope to become your new hometown favorite.”

Opening just outside of The Lakes, the new store will be located at 2862 S. Durango Drive and will offer walk-up window service akin to the traditional ice cream and frozen custard stands found on the east coast.

Complementing the store will be a 2,000-square foot “mini-park” featuring a shade canopy, artificial grass, and benches for family and friends to gather to enjoy their frozen treats.  For those on-the-go, Bruster’s Las Vegas also will offer drive-thru service.

The Bruster’s Las Vegas menu will include a changing rotation of more than 30 ice cream flavors plus freshly made waffle cones, decadent sundaes, candy filled blasts, and thick milkshakes plus customized cakes and pies for every occasion. Catering also will be available via a mobile food truck and pop-up locations.

Bruster’s offers premium, small batch ice cream made fresh daily on-site at the store. Its commitment to freshness and quality starts with the homestyle dairy base.  To create that one-of-a-kind flavor, this base is prepared from a proprietary recipe using traditional, slow-kettle processing.  By delivering their dairy from Titusville, Pennsylvania directly to each store, Bruster’s controls the entire process from “cow to cone” to ensure the product has kept them “A Scoop Above The Rest” for more than 30 years.

With over 150 artisan ice cream recipes, Bruster’s offerings also include varieties of sherbet, ice, and sorbet with non-dairy, no-sugar-added/fat free, and vegan options.
