Renowned writer, performer, and author Colin Jost will make his highly anticipated debut at Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas this summer. Fresh off the conclusion of “Saturday Night Live’s” 49th season, Jost is set to bring his show, Colin Jost & Friends, to the stage for one night only on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Special guests for this performance will be announced soon.

Jost, well-known as the co-anchor of “Saturday Night Live’s” “Weekend Update” since 2014, has established himself as a comedy powerhouse, earning five Writers Guild Awards, two Peabody Awards, and 14 Emmy Award nominations for his work on the iconic late-night show. His writing has also appeared in prestigious publications such as The New Yorker, The New York Times Magazine, and HuffPost.
In 2020, Jost released his New York Times bestselling memoir, “A Very Punchable Face,” a collection of essays that chronicle significant moments in his life, including his Staten Island upbringing in a family of firefighters, his lengthy commute to high school, and his time at Harvard during the early days of Facebook. More recently, Jost co-wrote the 2023 film “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem” for Paramount+ with his brother, Casey Jost.
Joining the esteemed roster of comedic talent at Resorts World Theatre, which includes Kevin Hart, Theo Von, Amy Poehler, and Tina Fey, Jost will perform in a venue celebrated for its design and acoustics. The 5,000-capacity theatre, operated by Concerts West / AEG Presents, was crafted by the award-winning firm Scéno Plus. It offers an intimate setting with the furthest seat only 150 feet from the stage, and boasts state-of-the-art spatial audio via over 200 L-Acoustics speakers with L-ISA Immersive Hyperreal Sound technology.
Resorts World Theatre has earned the title of the world’s highest-grossing venue under 5,000 capacity for the second consecutive year, according to Billboard’s 2023 Annual Top Grossing Venues list. This recognition is based on box office reports from November 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023.

Colin Jost is a celebrated writer, performer, and author, best known for his work on “Saturday Night Live.” Since joining the “SNL” writing team in 2005, Jost has become a staple of the show, co-anchoring “Weekend Update” since 2014.
