Guests can complete their meals with Cabo Wabo’s signature carne asada steak torta made with bolillo bread topped with chipotle mayo, pepper jack cheese, avocado, tomato and housemade pickled jalapeños, priced at $17.95; the carnitas platter – slow roasted pork, rice, beans guacamole and flour tortillas, priced at $22.95.
