Inspired by the tropical cocktail, Piña Colada Pancakes are made with the cantina’s original buttermilk pancakes, topped with house made pineapple syrup and fresh pineapple slices. The pancakes are finished with a dollop of whipped cream and freshly toasted coconut, priced at $15.95. Piña Colada Pancakes will be available from 8 to 11 a.m., along with Cabo Wabo’s full breakfast menu of signature Tex-Mex dishes and breakfast cocktails.
The piña colada fiesta continues with Sammy’s Toasted Colada, crafted with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Coco Lopez and pineapple juice, served on the rocks and garnished with freshly toasted coconut, priced at $15.20.
