One of the most iconic dining rooms on The Strip returns to business as NoMad Library reopens its restaurant at NoMad Las Vegas Friday, July 2.
Theatrical renditions of classic American cuisine will once again wheel from table-to-table immersing guests in an energetic atmosphere set amongst soaring, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves inspired by the Library of NoMad New York.
Executive Chef Michael Rellergert helms the kitchen curating a menu of NoMad’s acclaimed starters, seafood and succulent meats that each feature dramatic tableside presentations. Additionally, NoMad brings back its large-format dishes, including the signature Roast Chicken and American Wagyu Prime Rib.
Following July 2, NoMad Library will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. To make reservations call 702-730-6785 or visit its website.
