In honor of Father’s Day, Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will offer tequila pours and happy hour specials on Sunday, June 20.
During the fiesta, shots of Patron will be available to dads, priced at $6.95 each. Additionally, Pancho’s will host its weekly Tequila Night from 3 to 11 p.m. Home to over 40 tequila selections, including Don Julio 1942, Jose Cuervo Reserva De La Familia and Gran Patrón Platinum, among others, Pancho’s offers half-off tequila pours every Sunday.
Traditional happy hour specials will be offered exclusively in Pancho’s cantina. Select appetizers, house and flavored margaritas, well cocktails, and house wines will be $3 off from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In addition to the Father’s Day celebration, the authentic restaurant offers signature Mexican dishes, including Burrito del Mar, a flour tortilla filled with sautéed shrimp, genuine crab, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and rice, then deep fried and covered with Salsa Verde Especial, topped with melted cheeses and sliced avocados and sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans; Pollo Asado, boneless breast of chicken marinated with achiote, garlic, and special Mexican herbs, grilled to perfection Yucatan style, served with an enchilada, Mexican-style rice and beans, complemented with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo; and Chimichanga de Pollo, a flour tortilla filled with spiced shredded chicken and cheeses, then deep fried and complemented with sour cream and guacamole, served with Mexican-style rice and beans.
