Over the weekend, Brazilian-American beauty Alessandra Ambrosio, treated her boyfriend, Richard Lee, to an elaborate birthday dinner at brothers’ Michael Morton and David Morton’s new hotspot, One Steakhouse at the stunning new Virgin Las Vegas.
One of the world’s top models as well as an actress, fashion designer, businesswoman and television personality, Ambrosio hosted a group of friends to celebrate her hunky boyfriend, also a sought-after model, who toasted Lee with gin martinis. Ambrosio was impeccably dressed in a hot pink mini dress and matching blazer paired with turquoise stilettos. Highlights from the dinner included One Steakhouse’s signature three-tier seafood tower, which arrives in a steamy dry ice presentation, and citrus-cured Hamachi served with sweety drop pepper puree and jalapeno.
The dinner culminated with a fiery birthday dessert, lit tableside, One Steakhouse’s signature raspberry lemon baked Alaska, made with raspberry sorbet, lemon ice cream, almond sponge, berry sauce, fresh raspberries and lemon meringue.
Spanning two stories and nearly 9,000 square feet, One Steakhouse is a central dining destination for the exciting new Virgin Hotels Las Vegas at 4455 Paradise Rd. This is the second collaboration for the brothers and acclaimed restaurateurs. Michael is behind top Vegas restaurants such as La Cave at Wynn and CRUSH at MGM, and the co-founder of N9NE Steakhouse – arguably the top place to see and be seen in Vegas for over a decade; and David’s portfolio of restaurants includes Ada St., Hayden Hall and The Arch in Chicago. The brothers are third generation restaurateurs following in the footsteps of their legendary father, Arnie Morton, and grandfather, Morton C. Morton.
