For one day only, the Strip-side cantina will offer the “Paparita,” a specialty margarita made with a blend of Cabo Wabo Tequila, Grand Marnier and topped with a bottle of Dos Equis, priced at $14.95.
In addition to the “Paparita,” Cabo Wabo features an array of lunch and dinner selections, including carne asada tampiqueña, with grilled sirloin steak, cheese enchilada, guacamole, rice and beans, priced at $27.95; beef short rib enchiladas, made with shredded beef, fire-roasted tomato sauce and a house cheese blend, priced at $18.95; grilled sirloin fajitas, served with fresh, house-made guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, mixed cheese and flour tortillas, priced at $23.95; and the carne asada steak torta, prepared on bolillo bread, stacked with chipotle mayo, Pepper Jack cheese, avocado and tomato with pickled jalapeños on top, priced at $17.95, among others.
