Dine out for a cause at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés inside SAHARA Las Vegas with a mouth-watering prix fixe menu for Las Vegas Restaurant Week this June to benefit Three Square Food Bank.
Available for $80 per person, the beginning course includes cotton candy foie gras with crispy amaranth; bagel & lox cone with dill cream cheese and marinated salmon roe; gazpacho estilo Algeciras with tomato, cucumber and green bell pepper and the Lucia salad, mixed with Caesar dressing, anchovy and crouton.
For the main course, guests will indulge in American Wagyu Black Angus skirt steak with rosemary-mustard sauce; papas canarias topped with mojo verde; and Setas al Ajillo with button mushrooms, garlic and nasturtium. The menu ends on a sweet note with a creamy cheesecake tart for dessert. Wine pairing will be available for $39 per person.
