SAHARA Las Vegas invites guests to celebrate Mother’s Day with an indulgent brunch at Bazaar Meat, Chef José Andrés’ award-winning restaurant where meat reigns supreme, Sunday, May 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Available for $70 per person, the multi-course brunch menu from Executive Chef Candace Ochoa begins with a fruit and granola parfait, croissants and lemon loaf slices for the table. The first wave begins with a bagel and lox cone featuring marinated salmon roe and dill cream cheese; and Croquetas de Jamón, jamón-béchamel fritters. During the second wave, families will devour extra virgin olive oil pancakes; corned beef hash with egg63, peppers and scallions; Josper smoked pulled pork, pan tomate and alioli; patatas bravas, served with spicy tomato sauce and alioli; and Setas al Ajillo with button mushrooms, garlic and onion purée.
For dessert, guests will be treated to vanilla conchas with Abuelita chocolate espuma. A children’s menu is available for $25 for children ages 12 and younger.
Brunch specialty cocktails will be available for $13, as well as a bottomless beverage option available for $29 per person, which includes sangrias and mimosas. A la carte items, including lamb rack, steak, caviar flights, jamón plates and desserts, will also be offered for an additional price.
