Annual Events
Take the party to the pool for Temptation Sundays at Luxor Hotel and Casino. The long-running weekly poolside dance party features new DJs each week, kicking off in May 2021 and running through September. This sexy poolside party features amazing DJs spinning the summer’s hottest soundtracks, specialty drinks and nonstop fun in the sun.
The International Gay Bowling Organization’s IGBO Annual 2021 returns to Las Vegas May 26-30 at The Orleans. A United States Bowling Congress (USBC) sanctioned tournament, IGBO Annual 2021 promises fun, competition and camaraderie.
The Inaugural Henderson Pride Festival set for spring 2021 will include a series of events focused on celebrating diversity, self-awareness, promoting family values and health and wellness in all its forms, kicking off with Pride Night at Cowabunga Bay on May 28, 8 pm – midnight.
The Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce Nevada, a non-profit advocacy group that aims to expand the economic opportunities and advancement of the LGBTQ+ business community will host its summer virtual mixer Wednesday, June 16 from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Celebrating gay men of all shapes and sizes, who are also cigar and pipe aficionados, bikers or leathermen, SMOKEOUT 2021 will be on fire at Tuscany Suites and Casino, August 25-30. A week filled with exciting activities, exclusive excursions, and outrageous parties, SMOKEOUT is the largest event celebrating a vibrant sub-culture of the gay community.
From bull riding to cattle roping, the rodeo thrives in Vegas. September 17−19, the Nevada Gay Rodeo Association’s BigHorn Rodeo will once again ride into Las Vegas, bringing with it all the typical rodeo favorites and camp events. Spectators will be jumping in their boots as they enjoy a multitude of events from bull riding and roping to barrel racing during the annual three-day event held at Horseman’s Park.
The biggest LGBTQ+ event of the year, Las Vegas PRIDE, is expected to return live October 8 and 9. Completely centered around pride and diversity, the parade through Downtown Las Vegas on October 8 and the festival on October 9 will be bigger and more fabulous after the at-home virtual celebration in 2020. Las Vegas PRIDE also offers festive events all year long.
Year-Round Experiences
Start your engines and squeal into the most fabulous RuPaul’s Drag Race Viewing Party at AREA15’s the PORTAL. Hosted by Drag Race alum Elliott with 2 T’s, every Friday night this April the show comes alive inside the 360-degree floor-to-ceiling projection-mapped entertainment space. There will be surprises throughout the night and a grand finale performance by Elliott and her dancers.
Flex Cocktail Lounge, just off the Strip, has been serving the LGBTQ+ community for more than 20 years. Join the fun for nightly entertainment, drink specials, and Thursday-night Drag-aoke.
Minutes from Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, FreeZone Nightclub and Bar pairs a casual atmosphere with upbeat music and nightly karaoke. Featuring food, pool tables and occasional drag shows, it is a solid spot to catch up with friends or let loose on the dance floor.
The Garage, located a few miles off the Strip, is a hot spot for locals and visitors alike. Modeled after an auto-body shop, the bar features pool tables, shuffleboard and darts, in addition to drink specials and mouth-watering bar bites.
The Garden Las Vegas is an intimate and chic lounge bar by nightlife extraordinaire Eduardo Cordova located in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District, featuring craft cocktails, light bites and an extravagant ambiance. Join some of the most talented queens every Saturday and Sunday at the Bottomless Drag Brunch for endless mimosas, delicious food and fun that slays.
Gold Spike in Downtown Las Vegas announced the comeback of the queens. Every second and fourth Thursday of the month, the “girls” are back in town as Drag Queen Bingo makes its debut at Gold Spike. Bingo hosts Angel Phoenix, Asia King Adour and London Adour call the balls bringing their signature brand of sass, crass and high-class entertainment to The Living Room. Everyone’s a winner with giveaways, prizes and drink specials throughout the evening.
The beloved restaurant and hangout, Hamburger Mary’s, has returned to Las Vegas with its specialty, a side of sass. Guests can dine on elevated pub food at the classy-kitsch joint, which also features a bar, dining area and an outside patio. The LGBTQ+-friendly burger joint doubles as an entertainment mecca, including drag shows, charity bingo, cabaret theater events, trivia and much more.
Serving up unforgettable parties seven nights a week, Piranha Nightclub is the ultimate late-night location for LGBTQ+ revelers. From international DJs to world famous drag queens, the entertainment is top-notch and draws a lively, diverse crowd. Depending on the occasion, guests can enjoy a cocktail at one of the many bars or dance the night away on Piranha’s state-of-the-art dance floors among sexy go-go dancers.
PRIDE Family Bingo makes its return on Wednesday, May 5 at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. This monthly PRIDE Las Vegas event will be held on the first Wednesday of each month and is hosted by local Drag Queen Bingo hosts. Funds raised go to support Las Vegas PRIDE and the annual Las Vegas PRIDE celebration. This longtime local favorite event features great prizes and outstanding food and drink specials.
Queens of the scene take guests on a wild ride as they dine at Señor Frog’s Drag Brunch inside Treasure Island Las Vegas.
