Wellness Retreat Aims to Help Attendees Live More Fulfilling Life

Organizers of a holistic healing and wellness retreat being held at Caesars Palace next weekend hope attendees come away from the event with strategies to tap into unknown courage, strength, passion and confidence that allows them to overcome any challenge that comes their way.

Ascension 5.0, held April 16-18, will be hosted by author, motivational speaker and self-help coach Alicia Eunice. It also will feature sessions and performances by Jonathan Livingston, Rhema Love, Ashley Bamberg, Lillian Quintero, Christine Nkese, Trey Rembert, Khalid King, Sheryl Grant, Las Vegas-based singer Nyisha Lafaye, and DJ Benzo of KCEP 88.1 FM.

Attendees will participate in sessions focusing on change through feminine energy; finesse, grace and manners; and a new way to live.

The retreat has three main goals: to help attendees build relationships by removing beliefs that are sabotaging real connections and discovering the key to fulfilling relationships; to help them create a clear purpose by getting focused on goals, visions and objectives that will lead to radical changes in life; and to develop a mindset for success by learning strategies, daily routines, affirmations, lifestyle techniques and mindset techniques to help live out the most fulfilling life.

Ascension 5.0 was held in Phoenix last year, but Eunice feels Las Vegas is the perfect place for this year’s event.

“It was very challenging because I didn’t know how COVID-19 affected Las Vegas. What I did realize is that COVID-19 affected everybody consciously, both collectively and individually,” she said. “While we are getting together, the COVID-19 restrictions are still in place. It is so important that we get together collectively, and I designed that like-minded people can also come together.”

Attendees travel from almost every state in the U.S. and all over the world for the retreat. Several events also will be streamed for an international audience.

Three different attendance levels are available: the full Ascension 5.0 Las Vegas experience for $649, the 2 Day Turn Up for $199 and Sacred Soul Sunday for $99.
