Cheers, carnivores! SAHARA Las Vegas is celebrating National Steak Day on Sunday, April 25 with resort-wide specials and limited time menu items across all restaurants.
Guests who visit Northside Café & Chinese Kitchen and order the Steak Frites, a juicy New York Strip Steak with a side of pommes frites with garlic-herb butter ($34), will enjoy a free apple tartlet dessert, topped with caramel sauce and whipped cream. Over at Uno Más Street Tacos + Spirits, meat lovers can celebrate with a special Steak Ranchero Bowl ($15), made with rice, charro beans, Mexican onions, charred jalapenos, sliced avocado and cilantro.
Carnivorous connoisseurs can indulge in an exclusive multi-course tasting menu from Bazaar Meat by José Andrés for $160 per person. The menu, which includes a cedar-smoked Aladdin Manhattan cocktail made with Buffalo Trace, sweet vermouth and orange bitters, starts off with a pork-skin Chicharron with Greek yogurt and za’atar spices before moving on to Ferran Adrià Olives.
A bagel and lox cone with dill cream cheese, delectable beef belly braised with aromatics and served with veggies, and gazpacho shots with tomato, cucumber and green bell peppers follow.
As guests near the main course, they’ll enjoy the Lucia salad and Classic Tartare with beef sirloin, Savora mustard and Parker House rolls.
For the final course, guests will cut into a juicy Rosewood Strip with buttered potato puree and Josper-roasted asparagus with Romesco sauce.
