Park on Fremont, Corner Bar Management’s flagship restaurant and bar at 506 Fremont St. in the Fremont East Entertainment District, will celebrate April Fools’ Day with a specialty “Apple Fools” cocktail on Thursday, April 1.
The Apple Fools cocktail, available exclusively for the day, is made with Hiram Walker Sour Apple Schnapps, Svedka vodka, grenadine, lemon juice and simple syrup. Popular cocktails from Park on Fremont also include the Pillow Talk, made with vodka, pear syrup, fresh strawberries, cucumber, lemon, orange, mint and club soda, priced at $10; the Trophy Wife, a combination of Bacardi Spiced Rum, fresh lemon juice, orange juice, pineapple juice and aromatic bitters, available for $10; and more.
Park on Fremont is open from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Sunday. Brunch is offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends and features bottomless mimosas. Park on Fremont now offers takeout and delivery options through delivery services Postmates and Uber Eats, enabling customers to enjoy favorite dishes from home.
