Leoncito, the brand-new Mexican restaurant concept by Wish You Were Here Group inside Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa will be hosting a two-day hiring event for multiple positions including Head Cook, Prep Cook, Cook, Dishwasher, General Manager, Bartender, Barback, Busser, Runner, Host, Server and Maitre D’.
