The Parlour Is Hiring All Front Of House And Back Of House Positions Across Three Locations
The Parlour, an elevated fast-casual breakfast concept helmed by locally celebrated restaurateur Antonio Nunez, is hosting an in-person hiring event ahead of the grand opening of its third location. Regarded as one of the city’s most anticipated Fall 2024 restaurant openings, this new addition to Henderson’s dining scene is hiring all front of house and back of house positions including managers, cooks, bakers, servers, baristas, cashiers, hosts and bussers. The Parlour is also hiring for all positions at its Downtown Las Vegas and East Flamingo Rd. locations.
When: The first round of on the spot interviews will take place Monday, Sept. 30th starting at 2:30pm. Interviews will be held weekly thereafter.

ABOUT THE PARLOUR
In the Fall of 2022 under the helm of locally celebrated chef and restaurateur Antonio Nunez, The Parlour introduced the boujee side of fast-casual dining to Downtown Las Vegas. Fast forward two years later and The Parlour Limited opened its doors on East Flamingo Road as a grab-and-go style coffee bar which services office goers. The Parlour is preparing to open its third outpost in September of 2024 located in Henderson, NV.

ABOUT ANTONIO NUNEZ
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Antonio Nunez made his name by traveling and working for world-renowned chefs and restaurateurs. His impressive roster includes Morton’s The Steakhouse, Le Cirque at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Primo’s Steakhouse, Caesars Entertainment (Le Provençal and Restaurant Guy Savoy), Brooklyn Bowl Vegas, Mercadito by Chef Patricio Sandoval in Chicago and STK Las Vegas at the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino. After mastering his craft under the guidance of some of the best chefs in the world, Nunez has since helped launch multiple local hotspots.
Nunez has been named among the “Top 100 Men” by My Vegas Magazine and “Most Magnificent Men” by Real Vegas Magazine two years in a row. His previous project, The Stove, took home Best Brunch and Best New Restaurant by the Review Journal’s Best of Las Vegas.
