On Saturday, July 8, mixed martial artist Alexander Volkanovski celebrated his big UFC 290 win at his official after-fight party at the acclaimed nightlife destination, Encore Beach Club at Night inside Wynn Las Vegas.
The champ arrived just after 12:30 a.m. with a crew of nearly 25 people including his family and walked into the venue as the song “Dreams and Nightmares” played, and the iconic belt lay draped over his shoulder.
Awaiting at his exclusive VIP table was an over-the-top welcome featuring oversized signage that read “UFC Champ.”
Volkanovski later joined headliner DJ Diesel (Shaq) and Denver Nuggets star Jamal Murray in the DJ booth, where he jumped up on stage with the belt and was seen dancing and hyping up the crowd.
DJ Diesel (Shaq) took to the mic saying, “give it up for these two champs” and the sold-out crowd roared louder.
Also spotted within Encore Beach Club at Night was fellow UFC star Israel Adesanya, NBA players Myles Turner and Aaron Gordon, and NFL players Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Garrett Wilson.
