Borracha Mexican Cantina, located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino, will celebrate all dads this Father’s Day with dish specials and complimentary draft beer, available exclusively from 4 to 10 p.m. on Sunday, June 18.
All padres, papás and abuelos who dine at Borracha on Father’s Day will receive a complimentary draft beer, like Corona Premier, Budweiser and Modelo Negra.
To complement their brews, dads and guests can enjoy a selection of dish specials.
Specials include aguachile, which features marinated jumbo shrimp submerged in a vegetable salad and oranges, priced at $22; the surf n’ turf platter with filet mignon and lobster, served with grilled asparagus, corn and sweet onions, priced at $65; and chocolate bread pudding to end the meal on a sweet note, which is made with brioche bread and topped with vanilla ice cream, raisins, caramel and chocolate, priced at $14.
Additionally, Borracha will serve its full menu all day with a selection of its regular favorites perfect for celebrating dad, like the carne asada skirt steak, topped with a chimichurri sauce and grilled onions, priced at $33; slow roasted pork carnitas, served with guacamole, green tomatillo sauce and soft corn tortillas, priced at $24; or the swordfish Veracruz, a grilled line caught Pacific swordfish, topped with Veracruz sauce, Mexican red rice and caramelized lime, priced at $29.
