On Sunday, June 18, raise a stein and say “Prost” to papa with a special menu and collection of world-famous beers designed to make the day extra special for dad.
Father’s Day specials will include: Bayerische Gulaschsuppe, Bavarian goulash soup garnished with croutons and chives; Gebackener Torntenbrie, brie cheese breaded and fried golden brown, served with a salad bouquet and garnished with fried parsley and cranberries; and an HB Smokehouse Platter, featuring Krainer sausage, Debreziner sausage and smoked pork loin served with imported sauerkraut, homemade mashed potatoes and horseradish mustard, and garnished with grilled pepperoncini and fried onions.
For dessert, spoil dad with Apfel Brotpudding, homemade apple bread pudding, served with vanilla ice cream and whiskey anglaise. Or have him savor the Jameson Strawberry Mule, made with Jameson Irish Whiskey, strawberry syrup and Fever Tree Ginger Beer.

MC Johann will provide high-energy, live entertainment from 12 noon to 4 p.m., with The Biermeister Band performing from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
