The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod will celebrate Easter with a selection of featured offerings at Top of the World, STRAT Café and McCall’s Heartland Grill, from Friday, April 7 through Sunday, April 9.
Top of the World, The STRAT’s award-winning restaurant with 360-degree rotating views, will offer holiday selections throughout the weekend-long celebration, available Friday, April 7 through Sunday, April 9.
The iconic restaurant will add several decadent dishes to the menu, including a crab and Boursin cheese-stuffed portobello mushroom served with arugula salad, shaved parmesan and hollandaise, priced at $28; an entrée of plum and port wine braised lamb shank accompanied by caramelized onion mashed potatoes, charred plums and shaved Brussels sprouts salad, priced at $64; and a coconut chiffon cake with coconut mousse and a mango center, priced at $15. The complete menu will also be available.
The STRAT Café, known for its elevated comfort cuisine, will honor the holiday with chicken and waffles, green matcha waffles and panko-breaded chicken breast served with maple syrup. The featured selection will be priced at $22 and available exclusively on Sunday, April 9.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will be open for the holiday from 4 to 10 p.m. on Sunday, April 9.
The contemporary eatery features an array of steaks, seafood, pasta and specialty items, including slow-roasted prime rib paired with broccolini; backcountry fried chicken, a half chicken served with buttermilk ranch mashed potatoes; and Kansas City burnt ends smoked over apple and pecan wood, served with BBQ sauce and green onions; among others.
McCall’s menu also features a refined wine list, bourbons from the American whiskey trail and signature cocktails.
