Italian Chef Francesco Di Caudo, who honed his culinary skills in Rome and Paris before arriving in Las Vegas, crafts his dishes with a creative, edgy style. His style and extensive culinary experience are a few of the reasons he is in the running for the prestigious 2023 James Beard Award.

The timing works perfectly as Chef Francesco is set to be part of a new modern, innovative Italian concept called Basilico Ristorante Italiano at Evora, a new “Live. Work. Play” restaurant, retail and office space in the bustling Southwest Las Vegas. Basilico is set to open for reservations by Wednesday, March 1st with a Grand Opening to follow. Culinary creations by Di Caudo will feature antipasti, pizza, pasta, Parsnips Cavatelli, Tarragon Fazzoletti, Beef Carpaccio, Dover Sole, Doppio Lamb, Short Ribs and much more.
