Chicago-born, Los Angeles- grown, Ethan Snoreck AKA Whethan has been pushing the boundaries of dance music since 2016. Drawing inspiration across all genres, from Justice and MGMT to Foster the People and Phoenix, Whethan has developed an alternative and experimental signature sound that has captivated millions across the globe.
Touting an impressive catalogue by the age of 23, Whethan boasts collaborations with some of today’s hottest artists including Charli XCX, Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello, Dua Lipa and more.
Following the release of “FANTASY” in 2020, Whethan challenged himself to develop something unlike anything he had created before. Introducing “MIDNIGHT” in 2022, the alternative DJ debuted his latest genre-bending sound drawing on rap and hip-hop while featuring synths, hard bass and sampled video game sounds.
“I hate doing the same thing twice,” said Whethan. “I love surprising people and keeping them on the edge of their seats. When people hear my music, I want them to party and dance…I just hope they have a good time.”
