Caviar Bar, Resorts World Las Vegas’ world-class seafood and social dining restaurant featuring Michelin-starred restaurateur Shaun Hergatt’s new American cuisine, announces Christmas and New Year’s Eve pre-fixe holiday menus featuring seasonal favorites and delectable fare.
‘Tis the season for indulgences and extravagancies! Guests are invited to celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Caviar Bar where restauranter and Executive Chef Shaun Hergatt has created a mouthwatering $125 3-course prix fixe menu featuring Chestnut Soup (Fresh Chestnut, Cream, Foam), Filet Mignon and King Crab (Crab Leg, Bernaise Sauce with Truffle Mash Potatoes) and Bread Pudding (Apricots, Grand Marnier Sauce).
In addition to seasonally inspired fare, guests can opt for a Christmas cocktail pairing for $49 with merry and bright delights like the Through The Woods (Kaiyo, Pineapple Gomme Syrup, Ham), Berry White (White Cosmopolitan, Beluga, White Cranberry, Peach, Elderflower) and Santa’s Slay (Coquito Overproof Rum, Coconut Cream, Cinnamon, Cranberries).

Guests can choose between two seatings that feature either a 4-course prix fixe menu or 5-course prix fixe menu, each including the following fine fare:
