Wynn Las Vegas is celebrating the holiday season with festive offerings now through the new year. Guests can indulge with seasonal cocktail offerings and special Christmas menus, and ring in the new year at one of Wynn’s lively New Year’s Eve Galas.
Holiday Drink Specials
Wynn’s resort mixologist, Mariena Mercer Boarini, has crafted a selection of seasonal beverages that will leave guests in the holiday spirit. The festive libations include:
- Sleigh All Day – A holiday-inspired sparkler made with Grey Goose Essence White Peach & Rosemary Vodka, Cointreau, spiced-orange cranberry rooibos tea syrup, lemon juice and sparkling rosé, garnished with cranberries and rosemary.
- Wonderland – A s’mores hot chocolate bomb swirled with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Black Irish white chocolate liqueur and warm cream, and topped with toasted marshmallow.
- Up to Snow Good – A holiday-inspired hot chocolate bomb mixed into Absolut vanilla vodka, peppermint and cocoa liqueur, Rumchata and warm cream.
Christmas Specials
Several resort restaurants will offer dazzling holiday menus and special dishes on Sunday, Dec. 25, curated by Wynn’s world-class chefs.
The Buffet
From 1-9 p.m., The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas will feature a grand collection of global culinary offerings including carved-to-order offerings like pepper-crusted beef tenderloin along with coast-to-coast seafood like steamed crab legs and lobster pot pie; Roman holiday specialties such as pork osso bucco and truffled seafood risotto; and a selection of seasonal sweets and desserts.
Delilah
In addition to the modern-day supper club’s á-la-carte menu, executive chef Joshua Smith will offer specials such as chestnut veloute with brioche, foie gras and huckleberry; roasted rack of Colorado lamb with Blenheim apricot, Moroccan black olive and celeriac; and Santa’s Hat, a coconut and raspberry tart with marshmallow and raspberry sorbet.
Lakeside
Guests can enjoy breathtaking views alongside executive chef David Middleton’s á-la-carte menu and Christmas specials like baked king crab served with grapefruit sabayon, tarragon and sesame cracker; Maine lobster ravioli with ricotta, preserved lemon and sauce Americaine; and spiced holiday bread pudding featuring toasted brioche with poached apples, Speculoos sable and eggnog anglaise.
Sinatra
On Christmas Day, Sinatra will offer holiday specials likethe pinzimonio di crostacci, chilled seafood on ice with a trio of sauces; cappellacci, artichoke heart and cheese–filled hat-shaped pasta topped with fresh winter truffle; and petto di anitra all’arancia, a pan-roasted Rohan duck breast with orange sauce and caramelized endive.
SW Steakhouse
Chef Mark LoRusso’s mouthwatering á-la-carte menu will be accompanied by Christmas specials including a horseradish and mustard–crusted prime rib with a rosemary popover and truffle potatoes; a trio of liberty duck, a Mediterranean-spiced breast, vanilla-scented yams, confit leg, roasted chestnut-and-pear salad, and pistachio-crusted torchon; and a SW Yule Log with vanilla cremeux, cranberry-raspberry jam, gingerbread sable and cinnamon ice cream.
Tableau
The American brunch-style restaurant will be celebrating with specials such as the duck rillette with pickled vegetables, red wine mustard and country bread, and a panettone French toast served with mixed berries, cream cheese mousse, candied pecans and maple syrup.
Terrace Pointe Café
With a variety of brunch favorites, Terrace Pointe Café will feature a lively á-la-carte menu and holiday dishes such as a Christmas panettone French toast with mascarpone cream and bourbon-aged maple syrup; short rib benedict with peppercorn hollandaise, brioche and crispy leeks; and eggnog cheesecake crumble served with salted caramel pistachios.
New Year’s Eve Specials and Galas
Wynn will ring in the New Year with prix fixe menus and festive gala dinners at select restaurants on Saturday, Dec. 31. Reservations are limited and required for guests dining from 9 p.m. onward.
Allegro
Guests at Allegro can enjoy a prix fixe menu for $195 per guest, including family-style appetizers such as chilled Mediterranean seafood salad and clams casino gratin; gnocchi alla Romana topped with butter and sage; and a choice of entrée with veal chop parmigiana, roasted branzino, or grilled beef tenderloin. For a sweet finish, guests can enjoy Fantasia al Cioccolato di Capodanno, a New Year’s Eve Chocolate Fantasy, and a Prosecco toast at midnight.
The Buffet
The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas will offer favorites such as leg of lamb with herb crust and slow-roasted prime rib, plus chilled oysters on the half shell, steamed crab legs and more. A selection of holiday pies, cakes, puddings and candies galore will be available for dessert. This festive menu will be available from 1–9 p.m. for $79.99 per person and $39.99 for children under 10.
Jardin
Guests can celebrate New Year’s Eve at Jardin with the complete á-la-carte menu, or opt for a three-course prix fixe menu, which includes scallop crudo or beets three ways; a choice of 14 oz prime New York strip steak or lobster and shrimp risotto; and a Good Luck 2023 Celebration Dessert. The prix fixe menu is priced at $98 per person.
Lakeside
Accompanied by a live DJ and dancing, executive chef David Middleton expertly crafted Lakeside’s New Year’s Eve five-course, prix fixe menu, with highlights including king crab medallions served with miso black bavariose, cucumber sesame salad and sour apple broth; Snake River Farms tenderloin of beef with lobster quenelles, black trumpet mushrooms, celery root and sauce perigord; and a Sweet Ending of dark chocolate crémeux, milk chocolate mousse and white chocolate ice cream. Guests will also enjoy a Champagne toast at midnight. Gala tickets are priced at $495 per person.
Mizumi
Guests can welcome the New Year with music, party favors and an elegant eight-course prix-fixe menu from Mizumi’s executive chef Min Kim, including wild Japanese snapper sashimi usuzukuri with Ossetra caviar and white soy and lime dressing; A5 Wagyu gyoza dumplings filled with Kobe beef and Hokkaido snow beef and seven-year aged black vinegar; miso toothfish saikyo-yaki with pickled Japanese vegetables and karashi mustard; plus an omakase selection of premium sushi. A chef’s selection of signature desserts and a champagne toast will round out the evening. Gala tickets are priced at $445 per person.
Sinatra
Sinatra will celebrate New Year’s Eve Rat Pack style with music, Champagne toasts and party favors alongside executive chef Theo Schoenegger’s multi-course menu featuring Aragosta,a chilled Maine lobster tail with Ossetra caviar; Cappellacci filled with artichoke heart and fonduta valdostana with fresh winter truffle; assagio di bue, a tasting of braised wagyu short rib and A-5 strip loin; finished with Dolci Celebrativi for dessert. Gala tickets are priced at $425 per person.
SW Steakhouse
Wynn’s iconic Lake of Dreams acts as the backdrop for one of the swankiest New Year’s Eve parties in town at SW Steakhouse, where guests will enjoy live music, dancing, party favors, and a Champagne toast at midnight, in addition to a multi-course dinner. The six-course menu by executive chef Mark LoRusso features Treasures of the Sea with Maine lobster, king crab, gulf prawns and oysters on the half shell; Ossetra caviar and ahi tuna parfait, white truffle ravioli, potato-crusted turbot, a tasting of New York strip. The feast ends with a Champagne toast and SW Gold Bar with housemade caramel and infused with Louis XIII cognac, praline crunch, dark chocolate ganache and 24k gold. Gala tickets are priced at $525 per person.
