The Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) is coming back to Clark County to sponsor Vassiliadis Elementary School’s pickleball program on December 14.
While in town holding the bubly Team Championships presented by MGM, the PPA will also be sending staff and two of its top pros, AJ Koller and Lea Jansen, to hold a pickleball clinic for 40 elementary school students.
Thanks to equipment donations, students will receive 60 paddles from Selkirk, and 100 balls and 6 nets from Onix Pickleball.
The Southern Nevada Pickleball Club will be painting permanent outdoor pickleball courts and helping with instruction.
The PPA will be leaving all the equipment used at the clinic for the school so that the sport can be taught in PE classes and as a club sport at the school.
All students will also receive free tickets to the bubly Team Championships happening this weekend, December 16-18, at Mandalay Bay. Tickets to the bubly Team Championships are available here.
The PPA plans to hold a charitable clinic + donation at a different elementary school in Las Vegas every time they come into town
