JING Las Vegas located in Downtown Summerlin recently relaunched its “It’s a JING Thing” Monday Industry Nights with a revamped menu.
Chef Griese’s menu highlights include an array of sushi, grill and wok dishes. Guests can choose between three tequila options: Casamigos Reposado, Patrón Reposado and Don Julio Reposado.
Sushi offerings include: Truffled Big Eye Tuna – truffle caviar ponzu sauce; Yellowtail Serrano – katafi, grapefruit, sudachi-soy; California Roll – kaniama, cucumber, avocado; Spicy Tuna Roll – cucumber, ghost pepper aioli; Spicy Yellowtail Roll – sesame, cucumber, chili garlic; and Premium Roll – chef selection.
Grill offerings include: Center Cut New York Striploin – shishito pepper, cabernet tomato, veal jus; Ishyaki Wagyu Hot Rock – westholme wagyu reserve BMS 10+ AUS (3oz min); Osetra Caviar – served with classical accoutrements (purchase of caviar includes a bottle of prosecco).
Work offerings include: Crispy Honey Chicken – peppers, snap peas, yellow squash; Beef Chowfun – rice noodles, sprouts, scallion, wok-fried egg; Cantonese Fried Rice – chicken, shrimp, Chinese sausage.
