MGM Resorts and BetMGM are both getting ready for the “Big Game”
The showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers is set for Sunday, Feb. 7.
The buildup to the Big Game is expected to bring plenty of action to BetMGM’s retail sportsbooks at MGM Resorts properties throughout the week – in Las Vegas, New Jersey, Michigan and Mississippi.
The same can be said for the BetMGM mobile app, as well as Yahoo Sportsbook, which is powered by BetMGM.
Jeff Stoneback, Director of Trading, MGM Resorts
“Traditionally, this is always one of the biggest – if not the biggest and most bet on sporting events of the year. Between the action we’re anticipating in our BetMGM Sportsbooks, along with the continued expansion of the BetMGM app into new states like Virginia and Michigan recently, this probably will end up being the most bet on sporting event ever in the United States.
Throw in the fact that with the Chiefs having Patrick Mahomes and the Bucs having Tom Brady on the field, you’ve got a great quarterback matchup. We’re going to have all sorts of interesting lines and prop bets on the game. It’s just going to be an incredible day and week all around for BetMGM and MGM Resorts.”
