Executive Chef Thomas Griese Releases Spectacular Holiday Menus and Special Events at JING, the City’s Most Celebrated Fine Dining till Nine and Late-Night Party Spot in Summerlin
Voted Best Date Night Menu, the Global Fusion hotspot in Downtown Summerlin has special holiday menus for the upcoming holiday season that is sure to delight the senses and help you get into the holiday spirit.
JING Halloween Night Out
JING Las Vegas located at Downtown Summerlin is unveiling new seasonal holiday menus in preparation for this year’s holiday season. The menus were created and announced by executive chef Thomas Griese.
The JING fine-dining experience is 5 pm till 9 pm daily and features a “party after nine” nightly experience with a deejay as the ambiance evolves into a livelier vibe from the sound level to the bottle drink specials.
Sunday, October 30– Halloween Costume Brunch featuring a Tarot Card Reader, Bottomless Bubbles, the “Undertaker Tomahawk” tableside presentation and more scrumptious sin city delights.

JING Halloween Costume Brunch
The holiday season officially kicks off this Halloween with a Costume Party Brunch featuring DJ JBray, Ghost Tequila specialty cocktails, 360 photos and $1000 in cash prizes! The top 3 winners amongst the Sexiest, Scariest and Most Original categories will be chosen at 3 pm. This event will also feature a Tarot card reader to enjoy while sipping on bottomless champagne for $50 and noshing on specialty Halloween-themed items, including sinfully sweet and savory items:
Pumpkin Spice French Toast ($16) – white chocolate, pumpkin whipped creme, spiced maple syrup.
The “Undertaker Tomahawk” ($325)-coffin hay smoked wagyu tableside with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, truffled mushrooms, scary black pepper sauce and wasabi demi glaze.
Halloween Sushi Roll ($18)- Japanese red sushi rice, Scottish salmon, crispy carrots, unagi sauce, tempura flakes.
Pumpkin Spiced Crème Brulé ($15) -Whipped Crème Chantilly, Fresh Mint
The menu will also feature the following specialty cocktails:
Poison Apple ($14) – Ghost Tequila, sour apple, lime, agave.
Black Widow ($14)- Ghost Tequila, pomegranate juice, agave.
Zombie ($14)- Koloa White Rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, Koloa Dark Rum float.
Monday, October 31– “House of JING” Halloween Industry Party Fine After 9

Halloween vibe-dining with our incredible deejay spinning at 9 pm, specialty cocktails for everyone who wears a spooktacular costume by GHOST Tequila, Bottle Service specials for parties of 6 or more!
Wear a Halloween Costume and receive (1) FREE Poison Apple or Black Widow Ghost Tequila Specialty Cocktail.

The “Undertaker Tomahawk” ($325)-Tableside coffin hay smoked 50 oz. Wagyu Tomahawk, with whipped potatoes, charred broccolini, sauce bordelaise and wasabi demi-glace.

On Thanksgiving Day, JING Las Vegas will be open from 2 pm – 8 pm. The menu will feature the following culinary specials, each with a la carte pricing:
Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey ($38) – Japanese Chestnut & Turkey Leg Roulade, Almond & Haricot Vert Savory Turkey Stuffing, Sweet Potato Gratin Citrus Cranberry Relish, Honey Cardamom Spiced Honey Jus
Choice of Pecan Pie or Pumpkin Pie ($12) – Pecan pie, spiced walnuts, vanilla ice cream or Pumpkin pie, vanilla Chantilly, sea salt caramel ice cream

On Black Friday, JING Las Vegas will be operating on regular hours, from 5 pm to 2 am. For Black Friday, JING is offering a special promotion. Guests 21+ can purchase a gift card between the amounts of $50-$1000 and 30% is gifted back to them in the form of a JING gift card on this day only.
December – JING-LE All the Way
For the month of December, JING Las Vegas will have a Christmas tree and Christmas decor all throughout. Holiday-themed music will also be included in our nightly format. Deejays starting at 9 pm vibing into our 7- day per week “House of JING”,Party Fine After Nine nightly experience- the perfect Instagram-worthy backdrop for your holiday photos.

On Christmas Eve, JING Las Vegas will be open from 2 pm to 8 pm, with a special Holiday Happy Hour running from 2 pm to 4 pm and dinner running from 2 pm to 8 pm.
Monday, December 25th – Christmas Day
On Christmas Day, JING Las Vegas will be open from 2 pm to 8 pm. The menu will feature seasonal options such as:

Saturday, December 31st – New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball
On New Year’s Eve, JING Las Vegas will operate on regular hours, from 5 pm to 2 am. The first spectacular first 5-course experience seating will be 5 pm to 6:30 pm at $95 per person and ends promptly at 8:45 pm. Bar seating is first come, first served with a $100 F&B minimum spend. The Gala experience seating begins at 9 pm to 10 pm at $215 per person and includes a welcome glass of champagne upon arrival. A specially curated prixe-fixe menu will include:
