The non-profit, filled with Nevada’s only giraffe, Ozzie, and more than 30 lions, will be celebrating the festivities with a scavenger hunt, costume contest, animal enrichment, Trick or Treat and decorative photo op stations and more.
Guests are welcome at $25 for non-local admission or $20 for local admission. One adult admission also includes one child under 14 for free. Children 4 and under are always free.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online https://lionhabitatranch.org/product/general-admission/ or at the gate on the days of the event. Only tickets purchased through our website are valid. ***
The animals will be receiving some Halloween-themed enrichment throughout the day.
o Costume Contest: At noon each day we will host a costume contest at Ozzie the giraffe. The winner will get to participate in our 12:30pm painting demonstration with Ozzie the giraffe and take their painting home with them!
There will be a scavenger hunt for everyone to learn more about extinction and conservation. The scavenger hunt will be available in our gift shop and the answers will be located around our property. Be sure to head back to our gift shop after you complete your scavenger hunt for a small prize.
o Costume Requirements: For the safety of all guests, costume masks and costume weapons may not be worn by guests 14 years of age or older. Masks worn by guests 14 years of age and younger must have openings that allow the eyes to be seen and that do not obstruct peripheral vision.
All costumes must be family-friendly for this family-oriented event.
