The popular Social Darts concept will launch this fall with dynamic menus to satisfy any palate
State of Play Hospitality’s Social Darts concept, Flight Club Las Vegas, announced carefully curated menus of classic and unique flavors for guests to enjoy. Bringing a playful twist to the world-class lineup at Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, the energetic destination will launch with the Oche Menu with delicious bites, a Reserve Menu of VIP offerings, the Signature Cocktail Menu of playful ingredients as well as Happy Hour selections for all to enjoy.
Set to open this fall, the all-new 16,000-square-foot complex will feature extensive menus filled with dynamic and elevated food offerings that will satisfy any palate.
Those looking for a casual dart-playing experience can order off the Oche Menu, where they will find shareable dishes, flatbreads, desserts, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, as well as an extensive cocktail list. Oche Menu highlights include:
- Lobster Elote Dip made with hot grilled street corn, mayonnaise, lime, jalapeno, cilantro, Cotija cheese, Tajin, served with flour tortilla chips
- Tandoori Chicken Skewers topped with mango chutney, spiced yogurt and cilantro
- Steak Kushiyaki Skewers made with grilled beef tenderloin, garlic ginger soy, kung pao sauce, scallions and fried rice noodles
- Chicken Sausage Flatbread made with tomato sauce, bell peppers, zucchini and oregano
- Vegan Banh Mi Flatbread made with vegan mozzarella cheese, gochujang braised jackfruit, carrot, pickled daikon, onion, jalapeno and cilantro
- Cronuts topped with chocolate and raspberry sauces
On the Reserve Menu guests will find high-end offerings such as lobster mini tacos, caviar and bubbles, and an A5 wagyu tasting option. Additionally, the Reserve Menu features elevated VIP bottle service selections where guests can choose a base of vodka, tequila, gin, scotch, rum, whiskey/bourbon or cognac.
To further enhance the experience, guests can opt for the ultra-luxurious Garden Box G&T. This lavish offering includes a choice of Hendricks or Roku Gin served with house-made herb syrups, fresh juice, and botanicals.
The venue will offer a unique beverage selection for guests to enjoy on the Signature Cocktail Menu. The sophisticated cocktail program by award-winning bartender, Peter Vestinos highlights a diverse list of playful, botanical ingredients in each libation. Signature Cocktail Menu highlights include:
- The Butterfly made with Citrus vodka, orange blossom, honey, Cocchi Americano, lime and San Pellegrino blood orange soda
- The Iguana make with a blend of Jamaican rums, ginger, hibiscus liqueur, allspice, gingerbread rooibos tea and lime
- The Royal Lion made with Gunpowder green tea infused gin, English breakfast tea, thyme, East India sherry and lemon
- The White Tiger made with rum, coconut liqueur, arrack, curried coconut cream, lime and clove
- The Panda made with Bourbon, honey whiskey, peach puree, mint and aromatic bitter
Additionally, Flight Club will offer a Happy Hour Menu Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. Happy Hour specials include oysters on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, blue cheese stuffed bacon wrapped dates, four cheese flatbread, Rosé on draft and more.
Guests can nosh and sip while playing darts at one of the 20 semi-private oches or have a seat at the centerpiece of the destination, the whimsical carousel bar.
