Served Global Dining to Reopen as 138° by Matt Meyer
Chef-Owner Matthew Meyer is excited to announce the launch of his new concept 138°, taking over the space of his previous restaurant Served Global Dining.
Inspired by the perfect temperature for finishing steaks (along with a reference to a classic punk song), 138° is planned to officially open on Sept 25, 2022, as a craft chophouse experience with killer burgers, show-stopping brunch and a full cocktail lounge.
“We’ve always strived to push the dining scene in Henderson forward with creative flavors,” said Chef Meyer. “Now we’re excited to bring a whole new concept to the neighborhood.”
In the past, Chef Matt and Served received praise from multiple media outlets including Thrillist, Las Vegas Review-Journal and “Best of Las Vegas” nods from Las Vegas Weekly and Desert Companion. Served was also featured on Michael Symon’s Food Network hit, “Burgers, Brews & Cue” for its over-the-top burger menu.
At the heart of 138° will be Meyer’s in-house dry-aging program, featuring local Nevada ranch beef as well as carefully sourced pork, duck and fish, finished on a woodfire grill.

Cocktails will focus on smartly updated classics, featuring handmade cordials and bitters, named for local areas, such as the “Anthem,” “7&7 Hills” “Hendertucky” and more.
Decor will be sophisticated but comfortable with just a little bit of edge. Highlights include a center fire pit lounge in the dining room, dry-aging display, and a new climate-controlled portico for year-round outdoor dining.
A grand piano will be the centerpiece of entertainment on the weekends. There are two private dining rooms available for functions, business meetings and celebrations.
