Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant to Celebrate National Piña Colada Day with Specialty Cocktail and Happy Hour Specials

Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will celebrate National Piña Colada Day with their signature Azul Piña Colada and happy hour specials on Sunday, July 10.  

Celebrations for National Piña Colada Day at Pancho’s will include its signature Azul Piña Colada, a smooth, rich blend of Malibu coconut rum, light rum, blue Curacao, pineapple and coconut. Happy hour specials will also be available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the cantina, and include $3 off house and flavored margaritas, well cocktails and house wines.

Drink specials can be paired with discounted appetizers such as queso fundido with melted cheeses, artichoke hearts and slices of jalapeño, nachos with choice of meat, and taquitos with guacamole.
