Superfrico at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Now Open Mondays and Tuesdays
Nearly one year ago, Las Vegas’ boldest and most audacious entertainment trailblazer, Spiegelworld, took a chance and opened their very first dining and cocktail concept, Superfrico at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, partnering with the world’s finest culinary, cocktail and performance artisans. Blurring the lines between fine dining and an anything-goes experience, it has quickly become one of the most popular restaurants on The Strip, now meeting guest demand by expanding service to seven days a week beginning June 15, 2022.
Found on Level 2 of the Chelsea Tower inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Superfrico is a vibrant, color-blasted hub for pizza crust-fanatics, curious creatives, art-seekers and everyone in between. Sat beside #vegashitshow OPIUM, guests experience Superfrico’s lively “clusterflourish” of happenings, as performers make their way to and from the stage through the venue’s several interconnected, imaginatively themed bars, lounges, and dining rooms.
Its Italian-American-Psychedelic menu, helmed by Executive Chef Mitch Emge, honors the tradition of Sicilian cuisine while being unafraid to dish up a modern spin. New seasonal dishes include Squash Blossom with sweet and sour braised oxtail in a rich cacio e pepe sauce, Stinging Nettle Cavatelli with fennel sausage and wild onion, and the Pineapple Bacon Square Pizza with roasted pineapple sauce, bacon, lime ricotta, Tajín, and cilantro. Perfectly paired with the menu, Superfrico’s premier beverage program showcases delicious and playful cocktails, created by James Beard Award-winning Principal Pourer, Leo Robitschek.
