Henderson Equality Center has several events happening this month to celebrate National Pride Month in Henderson. Henderson Pride Fest will be the 2nd Annual Pride Event, last year we celebrated it with the signing of 4 LGBTQ Bills by Governor Sisolak, this year we will be expanding the event into a two day fest, with entertainment performed by special guest host, Danika Vegas, Sania Cruize and Diva Toxxx, Concert by Pepper MaShay on Friday Night and music performed by 17 time, award winning International Billboard artist, Kristine W for the grand finale on Saturday. During the event on Saturday, there will be local and national artists taking to the stage during the course of the day. In addition to this milestone occasion, community partners, AHF, Aids Health Foundation will also be hosting free HIV Testing, and SNHD will be onsite providing health screenings. Both Friday and Saturday will have vendors, crafts, food, and a pets area on Saturday. Henderson Equality Center will work toward these goals through education, social support, networking, and advocacy.
