Cheers to Soulbelly’s First Anniversary with Bites from Guest Chefs, Specialty Cocktails and Live Music
Soulbelly BBQ turns up the heat for their first anniversary! Last May, James Beard nominated and Bravo Top Chef Favorite Chef Bruce Kalman opened Soulbelly BBQ in the heart of the Las Vegas’ Arts District. Since opening, Soulbelly has become a staple in DTLV for lunch, dinner, and weekend fun with their combination of new-school BBQ, side dishes that don’t suck, and drinks paired perfectly with live music.

On Sunday, May 15 at 5pm, Chef Bruce Kalman and team invite BBQ lovers to stop in for a rockin’ party and say “Cheers!” to Soulbelly’s first successful year in Vegas. For $50 per person, guests will experience mouthwatering food from Soulbelly and Chef friends from around the country. Tickets are available on Eventbrite.

Celebrating with Live Music
With free live music to enjoy during weekend dinner and Sunday brunch, plus a variety of ticketed concerts and events, the downtown hotspot has quickly become known for serving up barbeque with a side of tunes. To celebrate the anniversary, Soulbelly’s House Band Hot Sauce will perform with Chef Kalman from 6:30-7:30pm. Additional performances will include local blues band Monk and the Po Boys and “The Voice” Season 4 Alumna Megan Ruger.Bar at Soulbelly BBQ
