Battle of the Bands will consist of a four-week bracket-style competition, for bands to compete for the chance to play the venue’s hidden speakeasy stage on a regular basis. The Barbershop is a fully operational barbershop offering a wide range of men’s grooming services. Secreted behind an inconspicuous janitor’s door, The Barbershop boasts a speakeasy-style lounge with a fully stocked bar as well leather couches and upholstered chairs arranged to draw attention to the stage with live music every night including “Faded Karaoke” every Tuesday where guests can live out their rock star dreams with a live band. The cool, intimate atmosphere has drawn music superstars including Machine Gun Kelly, Macy Gray, DJ Ashba, Gavin DeGraw, Zac Brown and Dustin Lynch to the venue where they have performed surprise sets.
