Winners will earn cash prizes and a chance to secure bookings at signature Henderson events
The City of Henderson invites the community to enjoy great music and support local bands at the fourth annual Battle of the Bands final concert competition on Saturday, March 30 at the Water Street Plaza Amphitheater.
In each category, the top three will be awarded cash prizes. The top prize for the 21 and older category is $1,500 and the top prize for the 20 and younger category is $500.
Winners will also be considered for future bookings at Henderson’s signature events, including the highly popular Hot Rod Days.
The following five bands in each category will compete at the final battle:
21 and older category:
- The Everyday Band
- High Sierra Club
- Set Alone
- Style Cramps
- The Valley of Fire
20 and younger category:
- 2 Dayz
- Beyond the Arrow
- Liam and Dylan
- Serrated
- Subsanity
The panel of judges is comprised of musicians, songwriters and producers from the local music scene.
