Dining destination at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa to offer decadent dishes for Mother’s Day
Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, will celebrate Mother’s Day with decadent specials for brunch and dinner.
Hearthstone’s Mother’s Day brunch special will be lobster Benedict with parmesan creamed spinach and hollandaise sauce, available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Additional brunch dishes include avocado toast with oven roasted tomatoes, olive oil and preserved lemon, served on artisanal bread; chicken and waffles with spicy agave nectar and bourbon maple syrup; and the Loco Moco with fried rice, a grilled hamburger patty with black pepper gravy and a fried egg. The meal can be enjoyed with drinks such as bottomless mimosas, priced at $21.
For lunch and dinner, a pan-seared sea bass with lavender beurre Blanc, olive oil mashed potatoes and crab stuffed mushrooms will be served. Hearthstone’s regular menu will also be available with dishes such as tuna pizza with black garlic soy aioli, pickled pearl onions and white truffle; rotisserie chicken with arugula salad and herb jus; and prime rib French dip with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, horseradish cream and jus.
