Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, is now spicing up Monday nights with a $50 three-course prix-fixe menu for two and half-off bottles of wine.
Kindling the romantic fire, Hearthstone’s Date Night Mondays feature a $50 three-course dinner for two with rotating options including beef and pork meatballs; apple and quinoa salad; hearth-roasted chicken paillard with seasonal vegetables, potato puree and truffle au jus; chicken or shrimp pasta rosé with sun dried tomato and roasted garlic cream sauce; shrimp risotto with pan-seared jumbo shrimp, roasted butternut squash risotto and heirloom tomatoes; seared scallops with spring pea and asparagus risotto, heirloom tomatoes and citrus vinaigrette; and butterscotch pudding and cookies or cranberry orange pudding for dessert. The decadent meal can be enjoyed half-off bottles of red, white and sparkling wines.
